OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (ACUTE CARE) – PORTLAND, OR

Position: Occupational Therapist – Acute Care
Facility: Providence Saint Vincent Medical Center
Location: Portland, OR 97225
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 11/09/2026
Shift: Day, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule: 5x8s

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience
Inpatient acute care hospital experience required (hard stop)
NBCOT certification and BLS required
Valid Oregon OT license required
Epic experience required
Experience with patient assessments, evaluations, reassessments, discharge planning, and care plans
Patient transfers, lifting, safety, and injury prevention
Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
