Description
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Potsdam, NY
Start Date: November 23, 2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Openings: 1
Shift: Nights, 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience.
-
Active NY RN license in hand at submission.
-
Epic experience required.
-
First-time travelers accepted.
-
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.

CPI and TCAR preferred.
-
Experience in a combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Department.

Strong skills in triage, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and emergency response.

Experience with trauma, stroke, neuro-trauma, IV vasopressors, continuous IV sedation, and ventilated patients.
-
Ability to manage patients with burns, seizures, asthma, head injuries, infections, and other emergency conditions.
