Description

Job Title: RN – Cath Lab
Location: Gallipolis, OH
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
Active Ohio RN or compact RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
First-time travelers accepted

Procedures & Equipment: IABP, temporary and permanent pacemakers, ICD, Micra, peripheral cases, Penumbra, stents, balloons, and conscious sedation.

Patient Ratio:

Cath Lab: 2 nurses and 1 tech
Recovery: 2 nurses for up to 7 patients

On-Call Requirements:

8–9 call shifts per 4-week schedule
Typically 5 weekday call shifts
One weekend call rotation: Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:30 AM

Additional Details:

Charting: Xper, Paragon, and Athena (training provided)
No regular floating; occasional nuclear medicine stress tests or biopsy sedation support
Work in the Cath Lab and/or pre-/post-procedure area
Scrubs provided by the facility
