Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Hospice
Department: Homecare – Hospice and Palliative Care
Contract Duration: Approximately 5 Months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days per week, including every other weekend. One summer and one winter holiday may be required. Compensatory days off are provided during the week when working weekends.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a home hospice environment.

Experience working within a hospice agency or organization.

Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Excellent critical-thinking, communication, and case-management skills.

Current New Jersey RN license.

Valid New Jersey driver's license.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or a nursing diploma with an RN license in New Jersey.
Preferred Qualifications

3 or more years of RN experience.
