Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Burlington, NC 27215
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 3x12s
HPW: 36

Experience Requirements:

2 years of RN experience required.
Cardiac PCU experience is mandatory.
Must be comfortable with 1:5 ratios; 1:4 for patients on drips/BiPAP.
First-time travelers accepted.
Charge RN Experience: Preferred.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIH preferred.
EMR: EPIC experience required.
Clinical Skills: Telemetry/dysrhythmia management, pre/post-cardiac cath, IV/PICC care, cardiac/vasoactive drips & titration, procedural sedation, chest tubes (Emerson/Pleur-evac), CPAP/BiPAP, tracheostomy, Rapid Response (preferred).
