Description

Profession (RN/LPN/CNA): PT
Specialty: Home Health
Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5
Weekend scheduling: one weekend a month (comp time during the week to adjust for productivity/hours))
Start Date: as soon as possible
Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Certifications: not a certification but OASIS experience/training required
EMR: HCHB experience required or can they train on it during orientation:
Years of Experience: at least one year of HH experience
Radius/Territory Covered: 50 mile radius from Fredericksburg office (4318 Carr Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408)

point expectation: 30 points

ASAP START
Shifts would be 8-5 M-F.

locals okay, same rate

• HCHB EXPERIENCE CAN BE PENDING: will train during orientation
• Is a iPad, tablet, phone, etc provided ?- yes, all hardware (tablet and phone) will be provided
• Dress Code- clean, professional looking scrubs

that if a TB comes back positive it is an automatic cancel and Chest X-Rays are not acceptable
