Description

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Aiken, SC 29801
Start Date: 11/30/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Mid and Nights available
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts; 36 hours/week
Charting System: Cerner
Note: Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. CPI certification must be through Crisis Prevention Institute (NCI) with Advanced Physical Skills Training.

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide comprehensive critical care to patients with complex medical, surgical, neurological, pulmonary, cardiac, and trauma conditions. The nurse will utilize advanced critical-care technology and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

License: Current RN license required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute-care ICU experience.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training) required.
Other requirement: Cerner experience required. BSN highly desired.

Patient Population: Neurological, neurosurgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients.
Patient Diagnoses: Neurological and neurosurgical conditions, critical medical and surgical illnesses, pulmonary and cardiac conditions, cardiothoracic conditions, and trauma.
