Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor & Delivery - Birth Center

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation: Every other, but can be variable based on need
Holiday Expectations: Yes, fair and equitable; no holidays for ANM, but they may be able to pick up if needed

Requirements:

• WA License
• 2 years minimum experience
• BLS
• NRP
• Intermediate FHM (AWHONN)
• High acuity experience: labor management and delivery of high risk OB patients, ability to triage OB patients, circulate in OR, cervical checks, reading/interpreting fetal monitoring strips; second set of hands (receive and recover normal newborn as needed)
• EPIC experience is required
• 5+ years experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC required
• Will accept a traveler as long as they have solid Charge Nurse experience and 3 years of nursing experience
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 active labor, 1:2 non-active laboring, 1:2-3 antepartum, dependent on acuity
• Floating: Antepartum (within L & D) , postpartum (4th floor) (occasionally), additional assignments within scope and experience
