Shift: Days / 7:30a-4p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

w/call 1 weekend per month/weekday call 4-5 days per pay period (weekend incorporated in total) Call requirement: End of shift to 0730 Mon-Friday per scheduled call. Weekend: End of shift Friday to Mon 0730

Requirements:

• IN License
• 2 years experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• CPI
• NRP
