Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg - Orthopedic 3- West
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, will accept 48's
Length: 13 weeks
Holiday rotation; No Call, every other or Every 3rd depending on staffing/census
Requirements:
- IA/Compact License
- 2 years of MS/Medical Surgical experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- Ortho/Rehab experience
- Experience with types of care: total joints replacement & braces
- BLS
- EPIC EMR experience
- Experience administering medication specific to cardiac IV/intravenous push preferred
Other Details:
- EMR: EPIC
- 1st time travelers accepted
- When needed, required to float across campuses and like units
- Local Radius rule: 50 miles
- Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
- Bed Size: 34
- Patient Types: orthopedics, total joint replacements
- Drips: specific cardiac medicine can be given
- Scrubs: navy blue, solids
- N:P Ratios: Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:6
