Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele 5400

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

OH/Compact License in hand
Minimum 1.5 years Med/Surg Telemetry experience
AHA ACLS
AHA BLS

Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730amMinimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required

Others:

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE
