Shift: Mids / 2p-10:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

• WA License
• 2 years of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care experience
• BLS

• Charting: Net Solutions
• First-Timers Accepted
• Locals accepted within 50 mile radius
• Float: Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas

Long Term Care RN - Seattle WA- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Eves- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted: Yes- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend- Certs REQ: BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius- Pending License Accepted: Yes- Guaranteed Hours: 40 (per contract)
Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
