Duties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)<ul><li>Accuracy in communications is critical to ensure timely, correct care is provided.</li><li>Periodically serve as clinician-of-the-day by being available on-call during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies.</li><li>Apply advanced specialty knowledge, clinical skills, and expertise to assess patients and develop a list of actual and potential needs/diagnoses.</li><li>Gather health history of patients through interviews with the patient and/or family members.</li><li>Apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in planning and implementation of patient care.</li><li>Maintain patient documentation in a prompt and comprehensive manner.</li><li>Ensure patient calls are returned and follow-ups for referrals are handled promptly.</li><li>Provide outstanding behavioral healthcare for clients of all ages by collaborating with primary health care providers, specialists, psychiatrists, dependency programs, and other healthcare professionals.</li></ul>For additional inquiries please CALL our Hiring Team at or TEXT
