Description

Guaranteed hours are 36 , Home health PT for 36 hours per week, M-F 8-5 (1hr lunch) with option for alternative hours 1 day/week.
Mileage per GSA rate (currently .76c/mile).
Our travel radius from Burlington Iowa is approximately 50 miles (Lee, Van Buren, Louisa, Henry and Des Moines counties) with most clients in the Burlington, Fort Madison, Keokuk, and Mount Pleasant communities.
