Description

Home Health Physical Therapist
Schedule:
· 40 hours per week guaranteed
· Monday – Friday
· Day shift – Willing to accommodate any schedule whether it be full time or part time
· Standard hours of operation are 8:30a – 5:00pm
· Shift times can flex to 8pm end time if needed
· No Holidays or Weekends
· No 10 or 12 hour options available

Contract Requirements:
· Massachusetts PT license in-hand by start date
o 6-8 week turnaround from application – we will reimburse
· 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting required
· Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that ensured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
