Description
Location: Roslindale, MA
Schedule: It is 36 one week and 44 the other. ( 3-11pm during the week and EOW 7a-7p) which is why it is 36 one week and 44
Pay: $2,934/Week Travel
Local: $65/HR
Description/Requirements:
Licensed healthcare professional (current and valid license in state of assignment)
2 + years healthcare experience highly preferred
Clinical experience in LTC setting required
Ability to work on the floor providing direct care if needed
Must have supervisory experience and LTC/Rehab experience.
Ability to apply clinical guidelines to pre-admission records
Ability to perform clinical assessments to evaluate patient care needs
Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff
Experience in Case Management, Utilization Management or Discharge Planning preferred
The Long Term Care RN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilities in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
