[Title] Facility: Contract Length: Start Date: Hours: Overtime: Orientation: Shift: 0700 - 1730 Submission Rules Location & Floating Primary Location: Float Requirement: During working hours only, may need to float to Downtown Possible Float Locations: Downtown Float Notes: Not for call Schedule Requirements Weekend Requirement: 1-2 weekends (Fri-Sun) in 6 weeks Holiday Requirement: On Call: 12 days of call in 6 weeks 30-min response time Unit Information Unit: Invasive Cardiovascular Technology Beds: Patient Ratios: Days: Nights: Charge Nurse: Patient Population Coronary intervention, Peripheral intervention, Electrophysiology studies Required Certifications Must be attached at submission: RCIS or ARRT Minimum Experience Requirements At least 2 years of experience Preferred: EP, Structural Heart, Cath Lab, and peripheral experience Epic experience Required Skills Cath/EP competency Preferred Skills IABP certification Charting System Charting: Epic Include any required check-off, class, or training if listed Participate in pre-verification checklist and timeouts Unit Culture / Strengths Collaborative with interdisciplinary team members Dress Code Scrubs: TBD Include logo restrictions if listed Additional Policies Local candidates accepted Education Requirement Minimum of Associates Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
