  3. RTO - Late RTO requests will likely not be approved. Facility may request travelers make up any called-out shifts during the week or at the end of the contract.

  4. Include what jobs the traveler wishes to be submitted to

  5. If you have a nurse with like experience, will consider 1.5+ years

  6. Valid State License (required at time of submission)

  7. Must have at least 1 manager reference within the last 24 months (during submittal process). After offer is made, we need 2 manager refs within the last 24 months

  8. Local Radius: 50 miles

  9. Local Rule: Rate differential applies for local candidates.

  10. Copy of Certifications

  11. If you have a strong nurse who doesn't meet some of the below requirements, please still send to us for consideration

  12. Please make RNs aware that they have a 6-day orientation (8hr days; Mon-Fri & return again the following Mon for 6th day).

  13. Techs have a 2-day orientation.

  14. Hard doc due date: HDD is the Tuesday 4pm before start. All lab and fingerprinting appointments must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of acceptance.

  15. Behavioral Health candidates: Fingerprint is required for Behavioral Health Facility/unit only and must be completed before the HDD. Fingerprint may require travel time (over 100 miles). Traveler will need to pay out of pocket but will be reimbursed by credentialing.
