Facility: Cobleskill with occasional coverage at Fox Sleep Lab
Unit & Patient Details
 Unit Size & Patient Volume: 4 beds (Cobleskill & Fox combined)
 Patient Ratio: 2:1
 Common Disorders: OSA, CSA, Mixed Complex Apnea, Narcolepsy, some Cardiac and Seizure
cases
 Primary Sleep Studies Conducted:
o PSG (Polysomnography)
o PSG with titration
o MSLT (Multiple Sleep Latency Test)
o MWT (Maintenance of Wakefulness Test)
o Inspire titration (training provided, new service)
o Scoring
o PSG with seizure montage
Technology & Equipment
 Scoring & Reporting Software: Cadwell
Scheduling & Requirements
 On-Call: No
 Certification Requirements: RPSGT or RRT with SDS
 Patient Population: Adults (13+)
Additional Expectations
 Sleep Tech must score studies in real-time while performing them, requiring strong multitasking
skills.
 This role involves working independently with minimal supervision.
