Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-shift leadership to ensure safe and high-quality patient care.
• Round on patients to address service or safety concerns.
• Serve as a resource for clinical and interpersonal issues.
• Take charge nurse assignments as needed, based on census and staffing levels.
• Mentor and support staff to promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX certifications.
• Previous experience as a charge RN in the last assignment.
• No first-time travelers will be accepted for this position.
• Ability to manage clinical operations and provide leadership in acute settings.
• 3 weeks of orientation with a mix of classroom and unit-based training.
