Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Treat 9-10 patients per day in an inpatient acute care setting
• Provide speech therapy primarily to adult patients and premature infants in the NICU
• Perform modified video swallow studies
• Ensure compliance with Cerner charting system protocols
• Wear provided uniform and adhere to hospital cancellation policy
• Participate in weekend shifts as required, approximately one per month

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• BLS Certification required
• COVID Vaccine required
• Experience with inpatient acute care and NICU preferred
• Familiarity with modified video swallow studies
• Proficient in using Cerner charting system
