Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures utilizing PET/CT and E.CAM systems.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and wear a radiation badge at all times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care using the EPIC charting system.
- Provide patient care within the framework of facility policies and professional standards.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and comply with fingernail policy.
- Adapt and learn-use of required imaging equipment with training provided.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- DOT certification preferred at original contract, required within 90 days for extension.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for location eligibility.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred but not required.
