Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech - Cardiology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Scrub all cases tableside with the physician and assist in procedures as needed.
• Function as both circulator and Scrub Tech; manage groin access sites effectively.
• Set up sterile fields for coronary angiograms, interventions, and device implants.
• Manage and maintain access sites for procedures including groin and radial access.
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment under McKesson/GE systems during procedures.
• Provide on-call coverage every fourth day and during weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Current Radiation Badge and Oregon License mandatory for assignment.
• RCIS or ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification required; experience with cardiac procedures preferred.
• Proficient in operating atherectomy devices; Impella and IABP skills required.
• Strong understanding of peripheral angiograms and intervention procedures.
• Experience with common diagnoses including PCI, Device Implants, and IR procedures.
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification required.
