Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Nurse Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Support staff and promote a positive work environment.
- Round on patients, addressing service or safety concerns.
- Serve as a resource for clinical and interpersonal issues.
- Perform charge nurse duties as needed based on census and staffing.
- Lead orientation sessions to integrate new team members.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with ability to submit license at application.
- Minimum of one prior assignment as a charge RN.
- Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
- ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required.
- BSN not required but preferred.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and first to float shifts.
