Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Administer medications, including titratable drips like Heparin and Amiodarone, as per protocol.
Conduct and interpret cardiac monitoring, contributing to accurate patient assessments.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC Charting System.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care delivery.
Support busy patient flow with effective admission and discharge processes within assigned shifts.

Qualifications

Current RN license to practice in Nebraska.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a stepdown or similar acute care setting.
Experience with EPIC Charting System is a plus.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
