Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in a 10-bed Multi Care Unit accommodating ICU, PCU, and MST levels.
• Administer and titrate drips such as sedation, vasopressors, and insulin.
• Perform and interpret 12-lead EKGs and bedside cardiac monitoring for ICU patients.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists for ventilator, CPAP, and BiPAP support.
• Float between ICU, PCU, and MST units as needed to maintain competency.
• Adhere to dress code, scheduling, and holiday/rotation policies, including floating requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility for submission in the state of Arizona.
• At least two years of ICU experience; alternative experience may be considered with strong skills.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required prior to contract signing.
• Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts.
• Experience in a hospital setting with no full-time, part-time, or PRN roles at CommonSpirit within the last year.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system preferred.
