Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Adapt therapy techniques to patients in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• BLS and Louisiana State License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Experience with general orthopedic, neurological, and disability conditions.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system.
• Ability to perform 10 patient visits per day while maintaining quality care standards.
• COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions permitted.
