Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with various conditions including ortho, neuro, and generalized weakness.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver outpatient care with occasional inpatient duties as needed.
• Document patient care plans and outcomes in Epic charting system.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana State Physical Therapist License.
• BLS Certification required.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience required.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Experience with outpatient and rehabilitation settings preferred.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required with allowances for medical or religious exemptions.
