Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and treatment planning for physical therapy patients.
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to promote mobility and function.
- Work in coordination with inpatient teams to address higher priority needs.
- Conduct physical therapy interventions focusing on mobility and pain reduction.
- Participate in one Saturday hospital shift per month as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation in MedHost EMR system.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico, or ability to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in physical therapy practice.
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
- Compliance with all fingerprinting requirements for New Mexico travel.
