Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Bone Marrow Transplant unit with a focus on oncology patients.
Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient response, maintaining adherence to safety protocols.
Perform bedside shift reports and safety rounds to enhance patient experience.
Utilize bedside monitors and electronic medical records efficiently in Meditech.
Participate in team-driven patient management strategies, including handling code blue situations.
Float to other units as needed, working collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Texas, or compact license.
Oncology experience and Chemo Certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
Familiarity with Bone Marrow Transplant procedures and protocols preferred.
Proficiency in reading telemetry and managing simple drip titrations.
Strong assessment skills and experience in PCU level of care.
