Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Operate TrueBeam linear accelerators to treat 45-55 patients daily.
Collaborate with a team of RNs, therapists, dosimetrists, and physicists.
Utilize Align RT surface guidance technology for precise treatments.
Perform VMAT and SBRT procedures with high precision.
Maintain accurate documentation in ARIA.
Ensure a positive patient experience with Press Ganey scores around 95%.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of TrueBeam experience.
Proficiency in Align RT (Vision RT) and ARIA systems.
Advanced skills in DIBH, VMAT, SBRT, and surface guidance procedures.
Current certification in AART required.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
