Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor, delivery, and postpartum patients.
• Monitor and manage patient status using electronic fetal monitoring.
• Administer and manage medications using facility protocols.
• Document patient information using Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect systems.
• Collaborate with unit staff, including unit secretaries and techs, to maintain optimal care environments.
• Float to other units as needed for support or patient observation roles.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in New Hampshire.
• Certifications in NRP, C-EFM, and BLS are mandatory.
• Must possess experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care.
• LDRP, Nursery/NICU experience preferred but not required.
• Advanced skills in managing versions, circumcisions, and C-sections.
• Experience with patient-centered care focusing on patient experience.
