Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver respiratory therapy to pediatric, neonate, and infant patients.
Perform bronchoscopies and assist with extubations in critical care settings.
Participate in rotation and work every other weekend shifts as required.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Utilize Epic charting system for accurate documentation.
Adapt to floating within scope to meet facility needs based on experience.

Qualifications

Current RRT certification with NBRC and SC RCP license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in pediatric and neonate respiratory therapy.
Epic experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in Level 1 Trauma facilities preferred.
