Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiation therapy procedures to treat cancer and other diseases using advanced equipment.
• Collaborate with oncologists and medical professionals to design and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, doses, and patient progress.
• Ensure all therapeutic and diagnostic procedures adhere to safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance and report issues for repair.
• Educate patients about treatment protocols and provide emotional support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hospital experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Neuro IR preferred.
• Proficiency in using Meditech EMR.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to take on-call shifts after hours and on weekends.
