Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the CVICU setting following cardiac surgeries.
• Monitor and administer medications using advanced technology such as ECMO and CRRT.
• Perform invasive hemodynamic monitoring and titration of vasoactive IV medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic health records, specifically EPIC, for patient documentation.
• Oversee circulatory assist devices including IABP, VADs, and Total Artificial Heart.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state, in hand at submission.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level I CSICU/CVICU setting.
• EPIC charting experience without exceptions.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong skills in CRRT, ECMO, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
• BSN preferred; travel and academic facility experience will be considered.
