Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with catheterizations, angioplasties, and other cardiac procedures.
- Utilize Cerner and Sensis charting systems efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
- Train and support new nursing staff in the cath lab environment.
- Utilize knowledge of PCIs, peripherals, and diagnostic procedures.
- Manage and operate fluoroscopy equipment successfully.
Qualifications
- Current ACLS, ARRT, BLS, and Fluoroscopy certifications required.
- Capability to scrub and assist in cath lab procedures.
- Experience with diagnostic caths, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters.
- Familiarity with GE equipment preferred.
- Proficiency with balloon pumps and STEMI experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting.
