Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and SNF settings.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in the facility's charting system.
• Maintain compliance with professional, state, and facility regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Active state license or eligibility to obtain with pending status accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings.
• Strong skills in treating spinal conditions, post-operative patients, and neurological disorders.
• Demonstrated competency with electronic charting systems.
