Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients.
• Assess and treat an average of 8 patients per day.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to plan and implement therapeutic regimens.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the MatrixCare/Matrix charting system.
• Participate in department-specific orientation and comply with professional dress code standards.
• Commit to cancellations policy and maintain professional scheduling standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with limited supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient and facility needs.
