Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients with orthopedic, neurological, trauma, and post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with a team of rehab aides and assistants to deliver patient care.
• Utilize Cerner Powerchart for documenting patient care activities.
• Participate in a departmental orientation and ongoing training sessions.
• Adhere to specific dress code, including maroon polo shirt and dark pants.
• Float between assigned areas and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
• Passed the NBCOT exam for certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience.
• Experience with trauma and neuro conditions preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
