Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in a Children's Hospital, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize specialized equipment to administer respiratory therapy treatments.
- Assess patient responses to treatments and modify care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Comply with trauma center protocols and participate in emergency response activities as required.
Qualifications
- Current TN license and RRT certification required; CRT not accepted.
- Minimum of two years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
- Previous travel experience highly preferred.
- Driver's license must be included with application.
- Experience in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
