Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy, Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
• Participate in emergency procedures and code situations with appropriate interventions.
• Administer aerosol therapy and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Conduct patient assessments and interpret arterial blood gases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and prepare for fit testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid RRT or CRT certification with relevant state licensure.
• 1 year of experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience with EPIC charting system desired.
• Ability to work weekend rotations as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining facial readiness for fit testing compliance.
