Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver proficient and independent care to patients and families utilizing the nursing process.
Consult with staff, physicians, and management to address and resolve nursing issues.
Promote positive public relations and participate in community service programs as requested.
Utilize effective communication skills to interact with diverse populations.
Maintain clinical competency and demonstrate efficient time management.
Adhere to hospital and departmental Policies & Procedures and support nursing care philosophy.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred.
Current RN License in the state of NM required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA only).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (AHA only).
Proficiency in basic computer skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
