Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Manage labor and delivery of 10-15 births per month in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy and fetal monitoring equipment.
• Facilitate education and discharge teaching for new parents.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the Epic system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system required.
• Experience in antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work every third weekend and adapt to facility policies.
