Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Practice independently and demonstrate awareness in relevant clinical situations.
Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
BLS Certification required via AHA.
ACLS Certification required via AHA.
Commitment to providing quality patient care and patient education.
