Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Level III perinatal care unit, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure a 1:1 staffing ratio in labor and provide appropriate support for postpartum and antepartum units.
• Float to postpartum as required and assist with triage and high-risk deliveries.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgical interventions as needed, including cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using EPIC and facilitate effective communication with health unit coordinators.
• Deliver evidence-based maternal and neonatal care, including administration of BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and using AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington or Compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in labor and delivery required.
• Current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.
• Familiarity with high-risk perinatal care and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with EPIC charting system.
