Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Float to med/surg/ED as needed due to census fluctuations.
• Work every other weekend and meet holiday requirements.
• Manage complex clinical conditions and provide evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Active RN license in Oklahoma is required.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CPI required; NIHSS preferred.
• Proficiency in Meditech or similar EMR systems.
• Skilled in emergency medication administration and ventilator management.
• Experience with arterial line management and CVA/Acute Stroke management.
