Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Occupational Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons.
• Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs.
• Participate in discharge planning and perform administrative duties.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and pursue professional growth.
• Deliver patient care with a focus on maximizing functional status.
• Ensure compliance with safety and administrative protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required
• National and Oklahoma state license required
• Experience in geriatric or swing bed settings preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:1 with 6-10 patients a day
• Commitment to professional growth and quality care standards
