Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with cardiac and medical conditions.
Administer and titrate medications including Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Heparin.
Interpret and monitor electrocardiogram strips independently.
Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory therapists and monitor techs.
Support unit operations with responsibilities in telemetry and acute care settings.
Float between units including PCU, Med-Surg, and ER Holds as needed.

Qualifications

Current RN license with eligibility to practice in North Dakota.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
Proven experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or cardiac telemetry settings.
Proficiency with EPIC charting system preferred.
Ability to work rotating shifts with weekend and holiday coverage.
Strong clinical skills in telemetry and cardiac care with an ability to manage titratable drips.
