Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to a diverse population of patients, including those with cardiac, neuro, ortho, and oncology needs.
• Float among multiple units within the assigned travel zone as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret telemetry readings, and manage care for patients on set rate drips and titratable Heparin.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations based on scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the state of Kansas.
• At least 2 years of recent MedSurg / Telemetry experience within the last 3 years.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required from American Heart Association.
• Experience with neuro patients preferred; familiarity with Alaris and EPIC systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
