Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions, including pneumonia, CHF, and GI bleed.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, ensuring all actions comply with nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Perform and assist with procedures such as IV starts, NG, and Foley catheter insertion.
• Set up and operate RT equipment including BiPap, CPap, and high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient telemetry readings and interpret rhythm strips accurately.
• Participate in unit activities and collaborate with other care team members to ensure effective patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in MedSurg/Tele or acute care setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Experience with telemetry equipment and reading EKG strips.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
• Proficiency with MEDITECH charting system preferred.
