Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop coordinated treatment plans
• Document patient progress and modify treatments to achieve therapy goals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient care outcomes

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• BLS certification required
